In the city of Cachoeirinha, Rio Grande do Sul, you’ll find Agropet Store — a full-service pet shop that also offers 24-hour veterinary care.

But there’s something that makes the establishment even more special: Belle the kitten, who seems to have come straight out of an enchanted Disney story.
Bela is a white kitten with pink ears and nose, as well as a charming look that wins over everyone who passes by the Agropet Store.
She has been with the company for thirteen years, ever since a customer offered her and the store decided to adopt her.
The feline arrived pregnant and gave birth to adorable kittens, winning the hearts of everyone who met them and sparking interest in adopting them.
Later, Bela had two more litters – then she was spayed.
“Nowadays she lives with us here. She lives here in the store, she’s our favorite. We have customers who come to the store just to see her,” Mayara, marketing manager at Agropet Store, told Amo Meu Pet.

One of this cutie’s favorite things to do is lie on the store counter, watching the customers go by and receiving affection from passersby.
“She’s always on the counter! Early in the morning, she goes up and stays there. She’s also always around the saleswoman Mara,” he said.
Realizing that Bela had much more potential than just being charming and relaxing, Mayara found the perfect role for her.

Despite being charismatic, Bela’s special way made her perfect for something even more strategic: overseeing Pix payments!
How does it work?
Mayara created a tag with the Pix key and attached it to Bela’s collar. This way, customers only need to interact with it when paying.
And let’s be honest, who could resist a payment with that kind of charm, right?
I bet that with this idea, the store’s revenue even doubled!
The funniest thing is that some clients take Bela’s work so seriously that, after paying, they even show the receipt to the kitten.
Of course, all this effort is not in vain!
Bela is rewarded with lots of affection from customers and coworkers and, of course, with snacks.
