How rights holders can ask us to remove or correct material.
MoralFace respects the rights of creators and publishers. If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove or correct it.
How to submit a request
Send your notice through the contact form (choose “Copyright or removal request”) and include:
- your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent;
- the exact address (URL) of each page or image concerned;
- a description of the work you own and, if possible, where the original is published;
- a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them and that you believe the use is not authorised;
- your signature (a typed full name is sufficient).
What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly. Where the claim is valid we remove the material, add a credit or link, or amend the article. We may share your notice with the person who published the material.
Incorrect or misleading notices
Please make sure your request is accurate. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.
Counter-notice
If material you published was removed by mistake, tell us through the contact form and explain why you believe the removal was wrong.
